Loot Crate Review - Villains - July 2014

Loot Crate Review - Villains - July 2014

Monthly delivery services exist for all walks of life. From standard Magazine and Beauty Products to Puppy Essentials and Organic Vegetables, just about anything can be delivered straight to your door. Luckily for us, the Geek and Gamer community is no exception.

Loot Crate is one such service that provides a monthly delivery of geek swag and keeps things fresh by focusing on a different theme each month. Past crates have been labeled as TITAN, containing exclusive Titanfall and Attack on Titan gear, DRAGONS, containing Game of Thrones and Elder Scrolls swag, and recently ADVENTURE, which contained items from The Legend of Zelda, Adventure Time and Minecraft.

Starting at a base price of $13.37/month, plus shipping and handling, a new Loot Crate will arrive at your door on or around the 20th of each month, valued at over $40, with discounts available for pre-paid 3 and 6 month subscriptions.

This month's crate, entitled VILLAINS, just arrived at my door and once again delivered a collection of epic swag.

01 | "Joki" Villain T-Shirt - A Loot Crate Exclusive with art by Zack Finfrock, featuring a mash-up iconic Marvel and DC villains Loki and Joker.

02 | Rocket Raccoon #1 Loot Crate Variant - The first issue in Marvel Comics Rocket Raccoon mini-series, with words and interior art by the incredible Skottie Young! *Rocket obviously isn't a villain, but the big bad featured along side him sure is!

03 | Deadpool Socks - 'Nuff said.

04 | Darth Vader Key Chain - No villain theme would be complete without an appearance from most notorious villain in the galaxy.

05 | Bowser Magnet - A little propaganda from the Mushroom Kingdom.

06 | Necessary Evil: Villains of the DC Universe Documentary - Narrated by Christopher Lee, this incredible documentary highlights seven decades of villains across the DC Universe.

07 | Harley Quinn and Joker Posters - Two amazing posters featuring two of Arkham's most notorious!

Check back next month for the breakdown  of the yet-to-be named, but highly presumed, HEROES crate launching mid-August!
