Another Reason to Buy a Wii U
I gotta be honest with ya folks...If you aren't a proud owner of a Wii U yet, today may be the day that you are pushed over that edge. Why, you ask? One name:
BAYONETTA 2
This game is a sequel to the fan hit that released on Xbox 360 and Playstation 3, but is ONLY available on the Nintendo Wii U console. With the purchase of Bayonetta 2, you are getting a spectacular deal, as it includes the original as well.
As a female, and one who is all about empowering women, you would think this type of game may push me away, but let me tell you a few reasons why I'm in love with this woman (real name Cereza) protagonist.
- She draws power from her hair...HER HAIR!
- She has guns installed into her heels (while duel-wielding in her hands) and can still strut her stuff.
- She's intelligent.
- She's hot!
I'm not one for objectifying women, but it isn't as if Bayonetta is being portrayed as an un-intelligent character whose sole purpose is sex. She shows that sexiness can exist alongside being a general bad-ass. It is one of the many reasons I love the new Tomb Raider as well.
Besides having a great character, this game looks amazing!
Catch up on our play-through of Bayonetta 2. Although Pop is the one playing, I am right alongside him scraping my jaw off the floor.
